• Looking for tenders to apply by getting Tender Documents/TORs from clients.

• To maintain personal records of employees.
• To prepare salaries of staff.
• Assigning duties to the officials on right man for right job criteria.
• To arrange training on various areas for the staff and co-workers.
• To ensure check and balance of administration section work plan on various projects/assignments.
• To check the post (inward/ outward)
• To assist in recruitment & selection process.
• Reviewing and updating Hr polices.
• Setting up compensations details, including insurances, travelling allowances, phone allowances, fuel allowances, vehicle, cell phone and Laptop maintenance and policy etc.
• Making HR reports summary on monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis informing, inductions and exits, training calendar and sessions, performance evaluation, exit analysis review, turn over, final settlements, head counts, HR and budgeting trends.
• Day to day Hr activities and other tasks assigned by manager/ director.
Employee Data Records
• Maintaining and managing employee data records.
• Updating employees interview evaluation information in soft form.
• Updating monthly employee sheet containing personal & professional information of hired candidate.
• Updating both manual and electronic personnel records when an employee’s personal details change.
• Updating employee attendances, leaves, transfers, change in designation, qualification, salary, role etc.
Day-to-day Operations of HR department
• Conducting sessions and visits at departments/warehouse concerning employee relations.
• Establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
• Conducting one to one session with employees, discussing issues and problems and come up with ideas to solve them professionally and in friendly way.
• Finalizing paperwork for when a member of staff leaves employment including salaries and provident fund etc.
• Conducting exit interviews of the leaver.
• Making HR policies in accordance with company trends/goals.
