The position is responsible for analyzing credit memorandum in accordance with the risks associated with it. The incumbent is required to analyze the borrower’s financial health and provide suggestions where necessary.
Review & analyze retail credit proposals as per CAAB within bank’s lending policies & SBP PR’s guidelines.
Analyze borrower’s financial health through Horizontal and Vertical Analysis of the Financials Statements/Income estimations and confirm ORR/score card.
Identify inconsistencies, gaps, weaknesses in credit proposals and risks associated with financing in the light of the bank\'s policy and procedures.
Verify the borrower’s repayment history and maintain record of justification of deviation approved/declined cases for future audit purposes.
Update the status of pending issues with respect to Credit Request and incorporate changes as advised by HUB Head.
Timely prepare MIS pertaining to credit portfolio/proposals for onward submission to the Hub Head & HO.
Ensure timely disposal of credit proposals within TAT.
Assist in Internal/External Audits and the State Bank of Pakistan’s Inspection and provide necessary information and coordinate with BU for rectifications of audit observations.
Ensure credit facilities have been properly in line with PPM and there is no violation of the internal or external (SBP) regulations/policies.

Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Hub Head & DH Credit Approvals.
