Talent Acquisition:
• Perform and execute Recruitment & Selection process of Project team (Technical & Non-Technical staff) and International
Sales Business by searching, hunting and posting on job boards.
• Shortlist resumes, conduct telephonic, skype and physical interviews, make job offers, negotiate salaries and successful on
board the candidates.
• Develop and maintain networks with placement offices of public and private universities for on the campus and off the
campus hiring.
• Conduct interviews up to the level of Assistant Managers and summit report Manager HR accordingly.
• Responsible to prepare and issue offer letters, contract letters and other related documents for selected candidates.
• Responsible to manage the apprenticeship program for PACHEM.
• Make ensure that the whole process of talent acquisition has met its deadline.
• Sourcing candidates through various means including referrals, C.V database, head hunters & universities etc.
• Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates and conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and
personal, make hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
• Ensure consistency in process including establishment of interview panels, collection of Forms, check and maintenance of
documentation and background references.
• Design & check the technical and I.Q tests for interview candidates.
• Negotiate salaries with candidates based on available salary scale criteria.
• Responsible to develop the soft CV database of each and every management staff position.
• Responsible for smooth orientation and placement for new joiners.
HR Operations:
• Looking after the complete HR Operations, Employee Retention, Exit Interviews and Final Settlements etc.
• Maintaining and updating the Employee Records i.e., completion of personal files, updating attendance and leave record for
easy availability.
• Prepare employees monthly turnover summary.
• Facilitate for internal and external audit of HR Department.
• Prepare relevant reports as required by management.
• Develop and update the Human Resource leave and attendance policy and ensure implementation.
• Documentation and orientation of new hires.
• Drafting HR forms i.e.: (Leave request, gate pass, loan/advance, employment application form, probation completion form,
clearance forms, company equipment handed over, requisition form)
• Letter writing (Appointment letters, Clearance letters, increment letters, Experience letters, Invitation letters, Bank account
opening letters, Termination letters)
Training & Development:
• Ensure proper implementation of HCM.
• Train employees about ESS portal (Employee Self Service).
Performance Appraisal System:
•Provide support to HR manager for performance appraisal system and increments processing annually & Quarterly
•Responsible for the issuance and maintenance of employee’s increment list, letters and their confidential record accordingly.
Organization Development:
• Draft & update the Job Descriptions of employees by detail sittings with line managers and issue the revised JDs.
• Responsible for executing the performance evaluations of staff at the end by keeping in loop the line managers.
• Assist in formulation / revision of SOP’s and organogram. Ensure the accuracy of organizational hierarchy and positions
• Any other task assigned by Head HR.
Employees Benefits & Compensation:
• Prepare and process payroll of 2 business units (PACHEM Global & International Petrochemicals) and resolve discrepancies.
• Responsible to handle the online portals of EOBI & Social Security. Ensure voucher generation and timely submission payments.
• Process employee’s medical claims comply with company policy.
• Analyze, review, recommend, and obtain approval for changes to compensation and benefits.
• Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
• Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
• Assist in recruitment & selection process.
• Letter Writing (Show cause notices, termination notice, appointment letters attached, Service certificates, warning letters)
• Generated and maintained the C.V database.
• Maintained documentation of 1500 employees.
• Registered new joiners in the system.
• Updated and maintained the record of disciplinary action.
