Roles & Responsibilities - Project Implementation
1. Capacity strengthening of healthcare providers
 Conduct Master Trainer trainings for Healthcare Providers on Case Management of Pneumonia & diarrhea in project intervention districts
 Conduct Master Trainer trainings for Lady Health Supervisors on Case Management of Pneumonia & diarrhea, nutrition and WASH in project intervention districts
 Conduct health education sessions for Lady health workers on Maternal health, newborn health, pneumonia & diarrhea and nutrition.
 Develop training plans and aids.
 Develop thematic training manuals
 Conduct training assessments.
 Writing training reports
 Maintain training database
 Develop LHW Master Trainers Training plan for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health
 Develop training strategy.
 Develop assessment tools for training modules

2. LHW-Management Information System (MIS; National Programme)
 Review data base for Lady Health Worker coverage for different districts of Pakistan
 Assess existing Management Information System (MIS) tools for LHW program
 Gaps identification in existing MIS of LHW program
 Prepared MIS tools for LHW program (based on project need)
 Validation of data sources for LHW-MIS

3. Monitoring and Quality Assurance
 Real time monitoring of outreach workers through Android application
 Develop monitoring tools
 Monitoring visits to districts
 Performance evaluation of outreach workers

4. Curriculum Development
 Review existing LHW curriculum for MNCH
 Facilitated in curriculum revision of Sindh LHW program in coordination with other stakeholders

5. Quality of Care
 Develop Quality of care tools/checklists
 Ensure implementation of QoC tools

6. Community Engagement
 Overseeing Community Engagement component of the project
 Develop IPEC tools for health education
 Develop Monitoring and validation tools for community mobilizers
 Data analysis
 Women support group and health committee assessment
7. Liaison with stakehold
