Design and conduct baseline studies, impact studies, project midterm, and end-line studies

 Develop and update the national campaign strategy
 Coordinate the cost effective implementation of the campaign in partnership with MoH and WV
 Manage the integration of the Child Health Now campaign into other areas of Ministry, seeking buy-in from colleagues
 With the CVA approach, coordinate with the government officials and advocate policy reforms at relevant forums.
 Conduct research/use local level learning and advocacy to influence decision makers/donors and partners
 Engage with Province health authorities, National programs offices in Punjab, private health providers, UN and NGOs to improve coordination and provision of essential maternal and newborn care in Punjab
 Ensure CHN – related activities at the local, district and national levels are linked to CHN engagement at the regional and global levels
 The change in policies and brining the voice of the communities reach the policy makers in order to improve the service delivery

Supervising the implantation of SPARC’s Civil Society Strengthening (CSS) and Violence against Children (VAC) Programs in Punjab
o Planning and Supervising all activities done by Child Rights Committees at district level in Punjab
