I am a humanitarian and development professional with over 12 years experiece in program management, program development, monitoring and evaluation. I worked in national and international organizations thank include SAHIL NGO, SPARC, World Vision International and Helping Hand for Relief and Development.
I got opportunities to work in both emergency and development phases. I worked on child rights, child protection, health, orphan care, emergency assessments and rehabilittion. I worked with various groups including children, juveniles, street children, community members and government departmerns.
Program development, project management, monitoring and evaluation are my prefered areas. I worked in larger organizations and complex systems. I lead teams in advocacy and services delivery projects run my projects independently.
I have an experience of intensive travel all over Pakistan to supervise and implement my project activities. So far, I have travelled in more than 100 districts of all four provinces of Pakistan including Azad Kashmir and GB.
Apart from that, I conducted number of trainings on professional and child related issues. Similarly I also represented my organization on national and international forums.
Design and conduct baseline studies, impact studies, project midterm, and end-line studies

Engage with Province health authorities, National programs offices in Punjab, private health providers, UN and NGOs to improve coordination and provision of essential maternal and newborn care in Punjab
