 Overview all the sections involves in Caustic Manufacturing;
 50 MT/day Liquid CO2 through V-type three stage double acting CO2
Compressor and Ammonia Refrigeration Cycle including W-type
Ammonia Compressor (Chinese Technology);
 12 MT/day liquid CO2 formation through V-type three stage double
acting CO2 compressor and Ammonia Refrigeration cycle including
W-type ammonia compressor (India Technology);
 21 MT/day DCS control plant liquid CO2 Formation through I-type
three stage double acting CO2 compressor and Ammonia
Refrigeration cycle including Rotary compressor (Chinese
Technology);
 20 MTPD FeCl3 Plant, 10MTPD MgCl2 Plant;
 50 MTPD CaCl2 (94%) Prill Plant;
In 2017 I have worked as team member with NIVOBA team for the
erection and commissioning of 50MTPD DCS control 94% CaCl2 Prills
Plant (HOLDING TECHNOLOGY) and gained hand on experience for the startup of the plant.
