Job Responsibilities:
o Leading all development and pre-production activities. I always keep my focus on effective planning and strong professional bonding with my surroundings.
o Customer communication from new inquiries to PO issuance.
o Working on garment costing from the inquiry stage to the order confirmation.
o Developing the samples according to buyer taste and providing fabric proposals within the cost range.
o Leading the complete sampling process (Proto, FLA, SMS, Size Set, PPS, TOP).
o After order confirmation get the samples approved according to the set protocols of the buyer.
o Bulk Fabric booking, accessories & trims follow up with Procurement, order planning & managing Pre-production activities & lead time.
o Internal shade band approvals before bulk washing and production follow-up.
Special Project:
Leading the Working with MTM internal design teams.

o MTM EU Design Team
Responsibilities:
o Collaborated with designers and PD departments on the creation of competitive concept proposals.
o Go through the denim fashion trend book and make products accordingly.
o Creates a prototype of a new product to iron out flaws in the final design.
o Gathers the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed.
o Performs research to determine the best way to produce a particular item production friendly.
o Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.
o Creating products that fill a niche in the market or allow their clients to remain competitive.
