Responsibilities:
Identifying training needs of employees & carry out training implementation according to yearly TNA Plan.
Employees (Staff & above) training completion files & training data recording in ERP.
Official visit/Orientation arrangement of newly hired employee(s) as per induction plan.
Arrange & conduct induction plan (Phase 1, 2 & 3) meeting sessions of employees with respective
managers/GM/HOD’s.
Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of all management & non-management employees.
Probation period evaluations of non-management employees.
