MBA- in- Human Resource Management from Sukkur Institute of business Administration. Achieved sindhenwoment Scholarship on academic performance basis with everyday exposure of business related cases and issue related to business world. Reading around 400 plus cases in different subjects related and their possible solutions. Two internship related to HR practice in industry and routine jobs of the HR in different fields, Semester project were done Beverage industry related to HR Cycle and developing the performance management system and employees turnover issue and other tracking employee records, maintain employee record and payroll monthly activities of employees, attendance of the employees, moreover training to employees on time management and its importance. Moreover write case study and published in international journal with the support of the university. Beside all of these current working in non-profit-organization where analysis the routine situation and guide the employees on weekly basis in order to deliver efficient result for betterment of the organization. Have good communication skill at Building relationship across all level of organization.
