MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES ,
Prepare livelihood participants to mitigate and manage psychosocial challenges in work (and personal) contexts.
Build life, social and soft skills and strengthen the positive coping mechanisms of livelihood participants to promote livelihood success.
Provide a safe space for livelihood project participants to meet and shape supportive relationships and social connections beyond the programme, creating a sense of belonging and support networks among people taking up new work opportunities.
To expand the monitoring and evaluation approach, the MHPSS programme has also started to conduct feedback focus group discussions (FGDs) with a smaller number of participants.
Conduct/participate in mental health and psychosocial needs assessment among
the affected populations.
Support response to the identified needs by providing training for specific psychosocial group and individual level interventions/ activities (adapted and appropriate to each ones specific needs and capacities).
Ensure pre-and post-tests, and training evaluations are documented, analyzed, and sent to training participant supervisors.
Write clinical reports and case studies related to MHPSS when its required.
Monitor ongoing care plan development with special attention to safety
issues and stabilizing the clients from the effects of high-risk factors (domestic violence, suicide, self-harm, etc.).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES,
Ensure that identified GBV cases are provided with direct psychosocial support
and internal and external referral as needed, accordingly to a beneficiary/survivor
cantered approach and based on guiding principles.
Assist the social mobilization team in the detection of the most vulnerable cases.
Open individual files for survivors, monitor the service provision and ensure that
cases under assistance receive all the care and support needed.
Provide identified women and girls both community survivors or at risk of GBV,
with emotional support.
Provide beneficiary/survivor access to immediate, safe and multi-sectoral
services through referral, psychosocial support and quality case management for
identified cases of GBV.
The Psychologist ensures a timely referral to most appropriate services available
(medical care, mental health and psychosocial support, legal counseling and
assistance, safe shelter, education and livelihood opportunities) according to the
needs.
Work with the local community to organize and support community-based
psycho-social activities in identified premises.
Produce and maintain accurate records and follow up action plans of the
beneficiaries.
Ensure a daily quantitative and qualitative reporting through specific reporting
tools (Assessment Form, Psychological follow up form, referral Form, etc).
Identify specific needs on psychosocial and psychological issues of the project beneficiaries, as well as to contribute to the assessment of these needs.

Clinical Works to prevent, diagnose and treat mental disorders,and works with physicians to determine the
best course of treatment for patients.
To provide Counseling to beneficiaries every time
Attend the special events, official meetings.
Achieve the assigned tasks within time line.
Continuous oversight on all project activities and task on daily basis
Support,assist and coordinate with project team in order to meet the project deadlines.
Responsible for related reporting and supervision of the project
Assist PC/DEM in all project related and other activities.

Key Responsibilities,
Evaluating patients and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need
attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the
health.
Conducting routine patient check-ups to assess their health condition and
discover possible issues.
Reaching an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patients
medical history.
Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment.
Manage data and Focus on Monitoring and Evaluation strategy
Present Weekly and Monthly Progress reports to the Manager.
Conduct regular consulting in-person clinics and tele consultation.
Prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to
treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
Gather and maintain patient information and records through mobile application
and including social and medical history obtained from patients, relatives,
and other professionals.
Design individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments.
Provide psychological support services, assess, and help patients with
psychological problems of all types and levels of severity, including anxiety,
Including adjustment disorders, generalized anxiety states, phobias, and panic
attacks.
Depression, ranging from adjustment disorders to severe clinical depression.
Problems with personal relationships, including communication with health and
social care professionals
Psychosexual difficulties (such as erectile dysfunction and loss of libido) alcohol
