1.      Under procurement:
·       Responsible for timely and efficient delivery of goods & services to be procured and ensuring that all the procurement procedures are done according to MSI (USAID) policy.
·       Reviewing and getting approvals on the GSRF, getting market updates on pricing and products, getting quotations, preparing comparison matrixes, dealing with the vendors, performing their security checks, and creating purchase orders, as well as preparing the contracts with the vendors and receiving deliveries.
·       Preparing the procurement reports and sending them to the HQ in DC and uploading the documents in MSI\'s software and updating database.
2.      Under Finance;
·       Assisted finance in creating budgets & generating the expenditure reports, data collection, processing bills and payments for the vendors and consultants.
·       Assisted in processing of financial claims and facilitate approval through ensuring appropriate documentation and record keeping
·       Kept track of all advances released for local expenditure (& petty cash) and complete necessary documentation for settlement of such advances.
·       Finalized pending invoices and followed-up to close.
3.      General Administrative:
·       Getting NOCs and visa extensions for the expatriates.
