Chemical Engineer with one year experience in Oil & Gas sector at OIL AND GAS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED in the process department from 19/11/2018 to 18/11/2019.
Now looking for a challenging position where expand my skills and exposure and I believe that I will be an asset to the company.
Oil and Gas Development Company Limited commonly known as OGDCL is a Pakistan's multinational oil and gas company. Today it is involved in exploring, drilling, refining and selling oil and gas in Pakistan.
During my training in Process Department at OGDCL's one of the major gas producing facility 'Qadirpur Gas Field'. Plant having capacity of 180 MMSCFD of sale gas, 60 MMSCFD of Permeate gas (low BTU gas) and 400 BBL of condensate (Liquid heavy Hydrocarbon). At Qadirpur Gas Processing Plant Honeywell's UOP membrane technology is used to remove acid gases (H2S & CO2) from raw gas to produce sale gas for SNGPL, Engro Powergen Limited and Liberty Power Plant.
During my training at Qadirpur . I was assigned to different areas of plant for best understanding of process and improving technical as well as management skills.
-Front end Compression.
-Separex Membrane system.
-Condensate and produced water separation and handling.
-Accident and Incident reporting on Velocity EHS
-Risk assessment and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) through the HAZOP technique for Plant at the site.
-Supervision of safety protocols
-Development of Monthly Process Safety Leading indicators and other KPI’s for the site.
-Safety inductions and Conducting toolbox meetings.
-Coordination and report development of weekly and Quarterly Emergency Mock drills for emergency response simulation.
-Fire Fighting Training
Being a Chemical Engineering Internee(production) at FFC-MM(Plant III), I worked in three units (Utilities, Ammonia and Urea) of production department.
My key responsibilities includes:
1) Analyzed Production data and develop reports.
2) Studied PFDs of Urea and Ammonia plants.
During this professional training I learnt:
1) Maintained working of size reduction equipments (Crusher, Ball mill and VRM) which result in sustainable production.
2) Studied working of separation equipments (Cyclones, Bag filters) which result in better quality.
3) Studied Kiln technology.
