خلاصہ

I started working at the start of graduation studies in 2014 as IT Administrator/CSR at Live Chat Ltd in which my core duties were to deal with customer and R&D of new as well as affective chatting tools to keep the support smooth. Moreover, I was also responsible for all kind of IT related troubleshooting. I worked there for 2 years till 2016 and left due to burden of studies. During summer vacations of 2015, I also did internship in .Net MVC at DotnDev Technologies for 6 weeks. In 2016, I also started freelancing on Fiverr after leaving my job and offered services of WordPress Development, Animation, Virtual Assistance and Branding due to my efforts and experience I also got selected in PITB TechHub Connect’s 8th cycle as a mid-level freelancer for 4 months which also helped to groom even more in the field of IT. Afterwards, I did project-based internship in 2016 at Packages Pvt Ltd as a Developer Internee which lasted for 6 weeks in which I built beta version of QA log application to check progress of their machines. Then I got offer again for QA internship in 2017 from Packages Pvt Ltd again in which I did thorough extensive quality assurance and did test cases verification of their newly build Customer Complaint Portal which lasted for 7 weeks. Right after completion of my graduation, I started my job in VentureDive Pvt Ltd as Associate SQA Engineer and RPA Developer. Currently, I’m working here and it’s been 1.5 months till now. During this tenure, I worked on robotic process automation and working on manual and automation QA.
