Key Responsibilities Handled

Being the Project Manager, performed all duties of the team leader on the behalf of the Contractor
Supervise all structure work i.e. pilling, pile cap, pier shaft, Raft, Slab and retaining wall etc. as per drawing and some time as per site
Responsible to resolve amicably any disputes during the construction and provide decisions whenever required
Supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.
Participate in technical design clarification and project meetings. 
Quantity Surveying (Provided estimated Quantities of all Materials) 
Drafting of correspondence related to the Project.
Ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budgets.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress
  Preparation of Schedule and comparison of actual and planned activities. 
Ensuring material approval by submitting samples and catalogs.
To make sure that all participating parties of the work are carrying out their work according to the latest approved drawing and specification
Maintaining Records i-e rectification reports, Activity reports, Correspondence etc. 
Presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.

 Updating Civil Work Progress Report & Reporting regularly on progress to the Project Director.
 Implementation of Pre-Defined Specification at site
 Coordinated with the contractor & consultants to resolve any problems
