• Responsible to handle account documents, filling up account opening forms
• Verifying the bank statements
• Opening different types of accounts
• Responsible for providing support, direction, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the
overall quality of the Bank\'s lending portfolio.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements on monthly basis.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
• Place phone calls to potential customers to educate them on services and products offered by
the company
• Attend meetings to learn about new products and services or changes in current ones.
• Read and interpret sales reports to determine the best strategy for marketing.
• Answer phone calls from customers with inquiries or complaints and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
