Production planning & control.

Responsibilities,
1.Assist in production activity control to meet production and sales objective.
2.Work with manager's to plan and manage production task to improve runtime.
3.Review production plans to identify & report potential risk to manager's.
4.Develop inventory control to avoid shortage & excess imbalance.
5.Assist in processing customers order & shipments according to the established schedule.
6.Assist manager's in controlling production cost s while maintaining the quality standards.
7.Monitor execution of job order & adjust schedule timely delivery.
8.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on sales plan, Production plans, update targets & support activities.
9.Plan & monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continues operation.
10.Plan equipment, material & manpower needs for production plan.
11.Coordinate with manager's in resolving production planning & control issues.
12.Work with cross-functional team to complete job orders on-time & within customers specifications.
13.Communitie production updates to manager's & relate personnel.
14.Make the monthly production plans for all production departments with reference to the sales plan.
15.Follow-up all departments to assure the achievement of production plans.
16.Assure the dispatch to the customers as per the plan submitted by sales department.
17.Verify the time motiom study (TMS) in every three months to achieve the actual production capacity.
18.Conduct the monthly review meeting (MRM) to review the progress of previous month.
19.Conduct daily review meeting (DRM) to review yesterday production performance.
