Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading vehicles, order picking, wrapping products, labeling shipment and receiving.
Dock management keeping pallets proper and supervising labor.
Report promptly on tasks completed individually and ensures probable discrepancies are bought to the attention of the Assistant Manager Warehouse Operation
Maintains a clean & orderly workspace
Attends all required training classes
Performs other duties as assigned
Responsible for proper usage of Manual Handling Equipment MHE’s.
Responsible for the Upkeep and Safety of the Storage Systems Installed/used in the Warehouse.
Ensures picking and put-away tasks done accurately and in timely fashion.
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
To report any injuries, strains or illnesses you suffer as a result of doing your job.
Cooperate accident investigation process.
Receiving, Shipment & Put away of Finished Products and Raw Material.
Receiving & Put away through RF Gun.

• Accurate and timely processing of orders to ensure no transaction is left open in exceed- 100%
• Accurate and competency on WMS exceed – 100%
• Accurate and timely completion of all records with updated files – 100%

Responsibilities:
• Receiving and record all ASN and Shipments Orders through WMS
• Ensure all documents are filled on completion of shift
• Update CS Tracker
• Allocate customer orders in WMS as per requirement
• Issue Gate pass to the drivers
• Allotting docks to the containers
• Generate pick list/pack list
• Ensure completion of manual collection data sheet before it is filed
• Effective coordination with Operation Team to ensure timely disposal of client’s orders
• Correspondence to client regarding update status of their shipments/orders under process as well as responding to related queries.
• Provide accurate and timely shipment information to Key Account Manager for further processing of invoices
• Observe HSE Policies / Procedure
• Cooperate with management, ensuring participation in proper training to understand company’s QHSSE policies and showing adherence to these policies.
• Timely reporting all injuries, strain or illnesses as a result of job to all concerned
• Any other task assigned by supervisor
• Inform line Manager in prior before taking leave
