• Overall Facilities Magnet Responsibilities.
• Responsible for the operations of facilities and maintenance services and numerous contractors for the day to day scheduling of maintenance and operations of the site.
• Responsibilities included managing budgets and spending, assigning and delegating work to team members, scheduling work with the customers, and following up on all work assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
• Supervise and assign the work of maintenance employees Custodial and Grounds.
• Transfer equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
• Keep time cards and other routine records.
• Meeting with FM and CM on weekly basis regarding several issues.
• Directed all activities relating to contracted facility services, including but not limited to technical reviews, materials, equipment and product requisitions
• Assisted and guided the contractors in completing the tenders and managed the projects assign (on behalf of facility project managers)
• Work Completion under KPI and SLA Time.
• Updating CAFM through PDA by CAFM System FSI & new urbanize system.
• PPM Schedules as per PPM Task ID. (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and yearly).

• Handling of various kinds of HVAC machines such as carrier, SKM, Trane chillers & package units & split & window type air-conditioning system.
• Trouble shooting & repair HVAC system
• Replacing or repairing electrical wiring motors, pumps & other integrated parts of air-conditioning, heating & refrigeration
• Monitoring HVAC stock level consumables on daily basis, operating & marinating BMS system
• Operating & maintaining AHU, FAHU, FCU, Heat Exchanger’s & pumps.
• Reporting to senior supervisors
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial & residential HVAC equipment’s
• BMS operation and maintenance.Fire control systems operation, Individual unit controls, and other electrical control systems.
• Carry out safety and technical training to enhance technician skills.
• Maintain the record of all activities on the shift.
• Corrective & preventive maintenance work in the mechanical plant room.
• Allocating daily jobs and workloads
• Training new team members.
• Managing team performance & progress.
• Enforcing all company approved policies and procedures.
• Constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
• Completing team related paper work.
• Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff understands them.
• Taking action to correct and staff shortcomings.
• Attending and participating in team meetings.
• Ensuring a clean, safe and friendly working environment.
