Act as a National level catalyst for AKEPB working with bodies like Health, Education and Social Welfare Boards for selecting families which are current beneficiaries and develop & implement integrated upliftment initiatives to enhance the Quality of Life for those marginalized families.
To motivate the beneficiaries to undertake skills upgrade based on their current skill set.
Also, to conduct regular training and capacity of Regional program officers to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.

Daily operations i.e Account opening, Clearing, Transfers & Pay orders processing
Responsible for creating a strong network of local corporate clients and maintaining relationships.
Cheque Books & ATM Collection & distribution
Day to day task given by the manager
Ability to interact with all level of management. 

Enabled the swift responses to daily operational matters of Clearing, Transfers & Pay orders
Facilitate the service acquisitions by customer in efficient and effective way
Specially assist those customers with special needs in their daily banking needs
