Responsibilities UK Managing Website www.adam&eesa.co.uk Amazon.co.uk (including France, Germany, Italy, Spain. Marketplaces) Amazon.com Ebay.co.uk PayPal AmazonPay Account. Order Management, Update Shipments. Handling customer queries. Dealing with feedbacks. Handling A to Z claims. Handling Claims with Courier, (Royal Mail, DPD, Huxloe, Hermes, DHL) ODR reporting also representing cases to Amazon and eBay to keep accounts in good standing. Make bi weekly and monthly analysis and reporting to higher management. Sales retention and boosting on Facebook, Whatsapp, broadcasting.
