Establishing liaison with District Health Authorities, District TB control programme, District management and other organizations working for TB control within the district.Plan, organize and implement GF approved PPM activities in the districts in coordination and with the collaboration of district health authorities to create awareness in the communityWith the support of district TB programme and health authorities organize training / orientation session for the private health care providersOrganizes community gatherings for creating TB awareness and mobilizes the community to seek TB care from the private providers associated with PPM projectWith the collaboration of the district TB programme and enabled private providers organize chest camps in the nearby areas of the private providers for TB suspect identification, diagnosis and treatment.Distribute TB education material among community, and maintain proper recordParticipate in meetings, organized by others partners working for TB control in the districts and provide possible support for strengthening the system.Facilitate Project Manager / Regional Coordinator and others officials during field M&E visit in the respective area.Collect and compile updated data of the TB patients registered by the private providers (viz TB05 of GPs, Lab and attach the yellow page with TB01 cards, TB03 register, 100 physically verified contact screening of B+ve TB cases. Follow up of registered TB cases) and submits to offices for further sharing with the district TB programme.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports of the activities conducted in the district and timely submit to the regional coordinator and main office.Prepare and submission of weekly work plan to Regional Coordinator and main office along with activity report of the previous week.Maintain record of the finance and expenses incurring in the field activities and timely submit to the office.Fulfil others program related requirement needed.
Ability to effectively manage and achieve monthly targets of CASA deposit, Consumer Products, Bancassurance and Mutual Fund products.Ability to achieve business targets as assigned Exellent Communication, negotiation selling and interpersonal skills.Through knowledge of market, regulatory requirements, banking operation, control, trade finance related areas.
Plan social mobilization activities in the context of the project log frame and targets set aligned with the project work plan.Provide input in the development of terms of partnership to be signed with the communities /Schools for participation in the project activities.Initiate the social mobilization process and facilitate the project communities to organize themselves in the shape of community organizations (male and female).Identify and establish community groups and members of the community.Facilitate participatory planning and implementation process for identification of schools activities and School infrastructure needs and construction of prioritized infrastructure.Initiate and support different extracurricular activities of the community base as per the plan in the project.Facilitate school administration in carrying out school DRR assessments of children.Support School staff to build their capacities in School management, planning and monitoring, conflict resolution, and promoting social harmony in the community.Provide input for the preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on the field activities highlighting achievements and bottlenecks.
