Sourcing candidates for Technical Positions

·         Maintains Company’s service standards by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers through calls, social media and webchats timely and accurately.·          Engages the existing customers to establish trust. Conveys a consistent brand image that appeals to the customers.·         Facilitates customers by Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.·         Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Ensures that critical issues are highlighted and seek advice for solutions.

·         Analyzes bugs and report in detailed manner in software by using google docs, spreadsheet, skype, cisco WebEx and afiniti software.
·         Research on the internet and comparing different solutions.
·         Executes workflow by reading instructions.

·         Accommodation and dispatch of Training Material for out Station Candidate and trainers.
·         Compile monthly attendance of Training department and agents.
·         Filling External Training record and Rechecking of evaluations of trained agents.
·         Test paper coding and dispatch to record section.

·         Responsible for screening of resumes by using recruiting tools such as email, rozee.pk, Linked in etc.
·         Assessing job candidates by telephonic discussion for available job positions and Internships and reporting it to HR officer through email.
·         Responsible for executing timely interviews and updating to concerned candidate or manager in case of any postponement.
·         Analyzing references before recruitment of intern and Maintaining record of new joiners in data base.
·         Coordinating with managers of concerned department about evaluation report of newly hired employees and interns and reporting it to senior HR manager.
