At ByteDance, my role as a Transcription, Training, and Supervising new recruiter involved a range of key responsibilities. These included transcribing audio recordings from English and Turkish into text form, as well as transcribing songs in both languages. Additionally, I supervised a team based in Turkey, ensuring smooth operations and quality output. Furthermore, I provided training to teams from Africa, imparting essential skills and knowledge for effective transcription work.
