Lead the development and implementation of a communication and advocacy strategy for the Project.
Liaise with project team and other stakeholders to ensure that their work is being highlighted through NRSPs external communication

Assist the Project Manager in preparation of donor reports
Responsible for timely preparation of progress reports on given format to be presented to the management and donor on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Collect and compile data on the Key Performance Indicators for project and prepare KPI reports
Keep close liaison with field teams and provide technical backstopping in proper record keeping, documentation and preparation of activity reports.
Undertake field visits to the Project sites for documenting success stories and providing communication support
Ensure that the Project publications and videos are of high quality and are disseminated appropriately
Coordinate the development of publications - hardcopy and/or web-based, and ensure quality control in line with the NRSP/Donor standards

Develop Information, Education & Communication (IEC) material as per project/organizational guidelines for dissemination among different stakeholders.

Responsible to take care of all Monitoring and reporting aspects of the project as given in project M&E framework and Project Monitoring Plan of District Tando Allahyar and Matiari.
To support & design and implementation of M & E framework for NRSP.

Observe and report on beneficiary (CIF, IGG, MHI, TVST) selection processes and targeting strategy applied in the field at district level.
