• Analyzed existing recruiting/sourcing/selection processes and developed more efficient processes to improve quality of candidate selection and produce retention results that improve business efficiencies and recruiting costs.
• Designed and implemented recruitment planning programs intended on hiring the best candidates to prevent employee turnover, resulting in managing hiring costs and reducing resource efforts.
• Preparing all kinds of the legal documents for the recruitment (manpower request list, employment contract agreement, special power of attorney, affidavit of undertaking, recruitment agreement etc.).
• Processing for the approvals such as Chamber of commerce, Ministry Foreign Affairs & Embassies in KSA.
• Conduct for Skype interview with candidates through their CV along with our Technical and Skilled Executives.
• Coordinating along with assigned recruitment agency of outside of Saudi Arabia (Pakistan, India, Sri-Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Philippines, Jordan, Sudan, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon etc.) till candidates arrives & join us as well.
• Participating as a member of different exhibitions, seminars and training programs of HR & Administration, Supply Chain Management/Procurement and IT supporting related.
