- Perform monthly release testing on UAT with implementation team members and report bugs/errors to development team for seamless release deployment on production environment.
- Study monthly release notes and update end user about fixes, new features and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users on Health care ERP.
- Prioritized, documented, and escalated bugs and errors to HIS Support team for its timely resolution
