Developing concept plan and validate designs based on client specifications and design guidelines.
Project cost estimation & optimization, budget escalation factors analysis.
Prepare CPM schedule displaying the activities to be accomplished by the project workforce.
Ensure compliance with architect and consultant for recommendations and seamless deliverables..
Drafting contracts for projects and ensuring requirements are met throughout the process.
The day-to-day supervision and co-ordination of staff allocated to the Project.
Inspecting work sites for code compliance and safety hazards
To prepare requisitions for equipment, materials and services for submission to Purchasing.
To ensure that all deviations from and variations to the contract are identified, properly documented and submitted.
Meeting project deadline and provisions for any delay compensation.
Prepare interactive dashboard comprises of detailed synopsis for management review.
Assessment of detailed technical reports, including site inspections/visit report to ensure the best cost engineering solution is produce for the site.
Ensuring effective execution of the install/commission process by guiding the contractors Electrical team in the check-out and testing of systems/Instruments and identifying and correcting deficiencies including but not limited to:
Installation, testing, commissioning and retrofit of MV/LV switchgear, power distribution, transformers and ELV systems.
Develop project planning and maintain optimal workflow.
Coordinate with vendors to identify and procure appropriate equipment necessary for project completion.
Prepare submittals including As Built Drawing, Progress Reports and O & M manual.

Chesterfield waste water treatment plant: Rosemount by Emerson Flow & Level instrumentation control & power wiring underground cabling system for feeder pillar panel and commission.
University 0f Michigan: Extension of G+5 building access system installation, electrical power distribution and fire fighting system integration into existing FACP.
Dunworth Pool and Water Park: 95,000 Sqft built up area building ELV & Distribution works.
Site analysis of commercial/industrial LV/MV Switchgear and propose retrofits.
Testing and commission of MCC panels and Power factor correction panels.

Prepare LV/MV Switchgear assembly layout, control wiring and power diagram.
