Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Responsible for directing and supporting the consistent implementation of the business’s initiatives in all sales strategies and initiatives
Taking initiative in building peer support and strong internal business relationships with key management personnel with a view of enhancing sales efforts
Training of sales management and sales support personnel within the sales department in order to ensure the optimal performance of the sales force.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recovery & sales of North Region.
Analyze the monthly data and manipulate it to keep the sales & recovery figures within the guidelines stipulated by the bank\'s management.
Analyze the performance, efficiency, productivity and effectiveness of each
individual on monthly basis.
Emphasize recovery of classified accounts, i.e. the accounts that are 90 days
overdue.
Look after repossessions of the delinquent accounts and disposal of the repossessed assets in such a manner that it minimizes bank\'s losses.
Co-ordinate and interact with legal agencies on the panel of the bank to file suits
against accounts that fall in the ambit of default.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with different branches of the region to monitor their progress of sales, collection, and recovery.
Preparation of MIS, Tagging of Overdue customers, assigning the clients to the sales & recovery team, and closely monitor their progress.
To observe client behavior and to guide the teams for the best possible techniques/strategies to achieve maximum targets.
Conduct daily morning and evening hurdles to achieve maximum targets with a minimum number of staff.
Preparation of different types of reports for reporting to the higher management
and relevant departments, etc.

Achievements of monthly sales targets through a sales team of 5 members. Development of the market for Faysal Bank consumer finance products especially automobile finance facility.
Maintenance of the portfolio by pruning of the bad accounts and introduction of new accounts.
Establishing liaison with dealerships to ensure the inflow of applications for lease finance facility.
Look after disbursements, processing of applications, rental recovery and
provision of quality services to the customers.

Right after I joined Al-Fajr, the company launched Pirelli Tires in Pakistan in
collaboration with Pirelli Italy. I was assigned the task of Operations & Marketing Coordinator.
