Key Responsibilities :


Arrange accommodation and Travel arrangements for company Guests and the staff


Arrange the Conferences and Meetings on monthly basis


Arrange the pick and drop of the company's guests


Fleet Management: Provide support to Sales force through effective management to fleet and Handling the vehicles and Supervise the driver for Head office and Plant Handling the office Mess and vendor

Supervise the Office boys and Janitorial staff 


Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and soft copies


Organizing special functions and social events (Annual Sports, Annual Trip Etc.) 


Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials


Assisting other departments (such as financial department or HR) with administrative. 


Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement


Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data


Bills Verification (Mess, Company transport, daily expenses etc) Coordination with vendors on day-to-day basis.


Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records and other records and databases.


Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.


Purchase and sales of the company vehicles.


Coordinate with Insurance company for vehicles insurance


Coordinate with Tracker company for vehicles insurance 


Managing the duty of drivers


Fuel management of PSO portal


Preparing the Fuel card for office staff
