Key Responsibilities:
·         Currently working on documenting the initial requirements for Pakistan Airport Community System.
·         Majorly dealing with the As-IS & To-Be procedures of Ground Handling Agents (Gerrys DNATA, RAS, PIA).
·         Attend meetings with the major stake holders i.e., Government departments (Pakistan Customs, FBR, ANF), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Air Cargo agents, Ground handling agents, Airlines and courier companies (DHL, FedEx & UMS).

Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding & gathering the requirements from Stake holders to make the logistics cycle smoother & more efficient.
• Manage & finalize tickets on Jira and get estimations of the finalized tickets from development team lead.
• Create Business Requirement Documents, SRS & FRDs for better understanding of the requirements and create Wireframes and user stories on Figma & Balsamic. • Create sprints, prioritize backlog tickets & line up the tickets for upcoming sprints with the stake holders, Line managers & HODs.
• Worked specifically on Business Process Reengineering (BPR) of Courier Pickup Module, Human Resource Module and Logistics.
• Mostly worked on Courier management system (Sonic), Warehouse Management System (WMS-Marco) & Courier Mobile Application (Bolt). • Engaged in UAT/QA of Warehouse Management System (WMS-Marco2).
• Worked on BRD & SRS of HRMS for United Distributors Limited UDL Pakistan.

Used to manage all the major operations there.

o   Production module at Incense sticks & Perfume Manufacturers (Metromilan Agarbatti).
o   Payroll system at DMC Korangi (Government sector).
o   Ecommerce websites on WordPress, Shopify.
o   POS System at Super Mart.
