 Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate HR and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
 Attending the training sessions from customers where new amendments related customer COC need to be implemented in the facility.
 To maintain all the records related to Compliance Trainings, Committees, and Legal records.
 To make aware the employees about leave procedure, working hour & over time system according to local laws.
 To conduct all the trainings related to social compliance and legal committees with the monitoring of Existing Compliance manage.
 Responsible for coordination and arrangements of Industrial visits from different customers for audits.
