Technical evaluation of bids of Projects. Reviewed the manufacturing experience, satisfactory operation certificates and type test reports of the equipment manufacturers as per the guidelines of Financing Agency.
Financial evaluation of bids of Projects. Reviewed in detail financial turnover, contractual aspects, qualification analysis of the bidders.
Preparation of technical and financial bid evaluation reports and award of the contract to the qualified bidder
Finalization of contract documents and recommended requisite information, including compiling/documentation of all the technical and commercial clarifications with contractors
Preparation of layouts, base design and schematic drawings. Assisted the design review specialty team in finalization of detail design as per technical specifications and international standards.
Equipment Design review of 250 MVA Auto-Transformers, 6.3 MVA Power Transformers, 500/220/132kV and 220/123kV Circuit Breaker, Disconnectors, Transformer, CT’s, CCVT’s, Line Traps.
Equipment Procurement that includes Technical and Commercial evaluation of offers from various suppliers in compliance with technical specifications of Contract & order finalization.
Preparation of amendments, EOT cases, contract agreements and variation orders for project.
Establishing, monitoring and control of Scope & Schedule Change Control process of the Projects
Prepared daily, weekly and monthly time schedules, keeping in view the Projects completion schedule.
Communicating letters/reminders to the Contractor and Client, preparing Bar-Charts, Time sheets, Disbursement forecast and progress reports for the Projects.
Carrying out Site visits on regular basis and checking the facilities are done as per approved drawings, also
checking the regularity of health and safety measures are as per international standards.
Attending testing and commissioning and preparing Project Completion Report.
