evaluation, and empirical research to promote targeted, responsive, and adaptive programs. I assist
partners in designing measurement frameworks suited to their needs and operating environments. My
process involves understanding organizational priorities and collaborating with diverse internal teams to
develop customized indicators, data collection protocols, and learning structures. I provide hands-on
support related to instrument design, sampling, database development, statistical modelling, and
visualization to elucidate trends. With experience recruiting and training field personnel, combined with
analytical rigor and attention to detail, I ensure data quality and reliability - translating to impactful
evidence-based decisions. Moreover, I employ integrated qualitative and quantitative skillsets to synthesize
learnings into practical, audience-centered reports, policy briefs, and presentations.
