· To Sales & build Rapport with well know Local Architects relevance to all Company Products & Services.
· To Design/ Develop & Implement Marketing & Business Strategies for Social Media Primarily on LinkedIn/ Twitter/ Facebook.
· Developing & maintaining relationship with new and existing Architects via telephone calls/emails, setting up the meeting & Initiating Sales Closure Process.
· Cold calling to arrange meeting with potential Architects to prospect for business.
· Gather information from local research, Competitor Analysis and dealt with potential clients on the unique selling point according to their needs.
· Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal process that is largely dictated by the prospective Architects ; sending financial proposal and acting as bridge between the customer and organization.
· Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing Architects with quotations.
• Assist Project team with the day to day requirements and ensure all issues related to sales are attended on a timely manner by taking proactive actions.
• Monitor Sales progress using SPR (Sales Performance Report) and establish KPI tracking on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
• Support Project Sales Manager to achieve Revenue generation and disseminate among Project associates.
• Develop close customer relations by providing timely solutions to investment needs i.e.; Residential & Investments.
• Closely coordinate with other regional branches, operations, marketing, finance and other support departments
• Arrange and join Project Sales team in meeting Retail clients to develop Business Relationship and generate sales.
• Close deals along with Project Sales team. Strong Follow up and resolve, recover pending payments issues.

. Analyzed market and identified the potential opportunities for Revenue Generation.
. Ability to shape, produce and deliver Project management plans
• Strong knowledge on Japanese Used Car Auction.
• Strong working on BCA & MANHEIM (UK) car Auctions .
• Auction knowledge, Market Price & Research Japanese & UK Vehicles.
• Managing daily operations of Contact center.
• Manage end to end, the implementation of customer service strategies.
• Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on weekly and monthly basis.
• Preparing reports for daily, weekly and monthly performance of the staff.
• Set the performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality and make sure that these targets are met accordingly.
