Conducted the collection of blood samples from adolescent girls enrolled in the Women\'s Initiative for Adolescent and Sexual Health (WIFAS) program for hemoglobin (H.B) testing.Administered centrifugation of the blood samples at our office facility, followed by dispatch to the Aga Khan University for further analysis.Managed and oversaw 34 designated clusters for efficient sample collection and processing.Obtained informed consent from both parents and adolescent girls prior to any procedures.Completed online data forms to meticulously document household demographics, including information on adolescent mothers and fathers.Facilitated Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and conducted In-Depth Interviews (IDI) to gather qualitative insights into various aspects of adolescent health and wellbeing.Conducted professional interviews with Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and staff members of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) to gain valuable insights into their roles, experiences, and perspectives within the program\'s framework.
