Process safety: Being a process safety champion I have performed all EHS studies i.e. Risk Assessments, HAZID, What-If, ALARP, BOS, HAZOP and SIL on pharmaceutical processes. Performed Asphyxiation study (Oxygen deficiency) with collaboration with regional team.
Machinery safety: In collaboration with Machinery safety champion work on LOTO, MSRA and PGA to ensure the implementation of all Global EHS standards in the field of Machinery safety
HazardousUtilities:PerformedEHSStudiesonBoiler,Compressed air and Pressure systems. Waste Management: I have been the part of waste management program that was to control food waste by counselling sessions and the monthly report has been generated to show up the reduce.
Environmental Sustainability: Renewable energy project has been initiated to overcome the site energy load. And to achieve the site regional target of carbon footprint.
Member of Site RMCB (Risk Management and Control Board): Responsible for RMCB Action tracking. 
Member of Site EHS council: Responsible for Monthly data representation and Actiontracking .
Member of QWF (Quality workflow): Responsible to perform and complete all the EHS action items of CAPAs and change control. Performed all EHS studies for all the NPIs (New Project implementation). Prepared EHS SOPs (Standard operating procedures) and work for the EHS learning and training programs.
General Safety: Main achievement was successful implementation of digital ZAP (Zero accident promotion) program. In this tenure, I have been appointed in Engineering department and worked on a newly deployed myLearning system. In which I have worked on site training program for Engineering department by implementing the training curriculum system on behalf of job description.

i have worked here as an official paid internee,
and worked for mainly two projects, one of electrical upgradation project of the site, to maintain the load management of the site, and the other project was seismic protection of the equipment of site.
