• Responsible for the functioning of all assigned region (all branches) with regards to sales operational, administrative functions and human resource.
• Business planning, forecasting and execution of strategy for target achievement at region level.
• Conduct business meetings for in-depth understanding, productivity and target orientation.
• Monitoring of Loans at Pre and Post Disbursal level to ensure the quality of portfolio.
• Ensure policy compliance (all policies of company) in all the branches of region.
• Review and discuss all Internal Audit Reports and MER Reports of region, critically analyses observations and set agreed action for rectifications.
• Take new initiatives for regular operational activities and float new concepts, ideas and suggestions for further improvement of Microfinance program.
• Critically Review and discuss Monthly/Quarterly/Annually sustainability reports of branches and set action plan for low performing branches.
• Ensure proper development, maintaining and summarize baseline survey, poverty profile, client profile, village profiles, case studies/success stories with regard to program outcomes and impacts.
• Monitor the quality and service indicators at regular basis and ensure their improvement to meet the business objectives of company.
• Monitor and maintain the requisite MIS in the branch to monitor the daily performance, productivity, business transactions and other related record.
• Verify and validate Identifying and appraising potential loaners, assessing their cases at personal level and approves the same for disbursement within the limit of approval assigned and remaining to recommend for the Program Manager. Periodic appraisal of branch staff against mutually agreed indicators and targets with close collaboration of Manager-HR
