Intimate branches about their inward remittance payment via E-Mail.

Ensure all necessary and regularity requirement.

Credited customer A/c.

Inquiry correct/complete detail from remitting bank, If receive incorrect/incomplete message detail via MT-199 & MT-999 message in swift/SAM system.

To address various issues surfaced during transaction processing.

Issuance of P.R.C, Tax Certificate.

Process directly forward message

Process banker cheques

Process export payment


Centralized Outward Foreign Remittance

Responsible for

Received FTA (Funds Transfer Application) along with supporting document(s) from branches.

Scrutiny of application form and documents.

Coordinate with branches through emails and confirmation regarding outward remittance.

Debited customer account

Preparing MT-103 & MT-202 message in swift/SAM system.
