Day to day solve the problems related to administration amp personnel requirements.
Prepare amp Maintain of personnel records i.e. attendance, Leave, appraisals, payroll, travelling etc.
Supervisions and checked the utilities bills company vide and arrangement of funds.
Liaison and dealing with Government agencies solve the problems related to various government departments i.e. Labour Office, Social Security, Old Age Benefit Institution, Police, Property Tax Office, WAPDA(LESCO) , PTCL amp SNGPL amp Excise amp Taxation regarding
Responsibilities:
To work as Manager Administration & HR
Day to day solve the administrative problems related to administration & personnel requirements. Supervision of personnel records i.e. Attendance, Leave, Appraisals and Payroll. Arrangements travel of employees in and out of Country etc. Check the utilities bills and arranged to funds for the payments.
Liaison and dealing with Government agencies to solve the problems related to various departments i.e. Labour Office, PWWB, PESSI, EOBI, Police, Property Tax Office, LESCO, PTCL, SNGPL & Excise and Taxation Office regarding to Company Vehicles and Property Tax etc.
Time & Gate office, Logistics and Company Transports.
Supervision & checked the kitchen activities and arrange to materials on monthly basis, Monthly Staff Lunch & other functions to arrange of Company vide.
Supervision and maintain of Vehicle Maintenance including Staff Cars,
Maintenance work regarding Building, Furniture & Fixture, Office Equipment’s etc. and any other tasks assigned by the management day to day.
Responsibilities:
Assist to Manager Admin, Personnel & Security.
Prepared & Maintain of all types statements relating with Personnel & Administration department.
Maintain & Prepared of Summaries regarding Salaries/Wages & over time on monthly basis
Salaries & Wages comparative Statements against
100% strength on monthly and yearly basis.
Maintain of Utility Expenses factory vide and resolved
the problems of General Administration.
EOBI & PESSI statements on Monthly/Annual basis & facilitate the employees with both departments.
Prepare & maintain data of employees regarding Group Insurance with State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
Controlling and maintain Record of Main Store Computerized, manual data, Receipts and Issuance. Departmental Budget Costing and maintain of Monthly basis Department wise demanded of material.
Maintain of maximum & minimum stock level, consumptions & all related documentation, supervision and Inventory controlling to Main Store Company vide.
