 Data Configuration (site, cell, TRx, add and remove BTS boards) in Huawei BSC6900 via LMT Troubleshooting of BTS3900A, DBS3900,

Working on (LMT) HUAWEI Local Maintenance Terminal, iManager M2000 to access the network for multi tasks.

Monitoring of almost 350 sites of north region.

BSC and BTS alarm monitoring using M2000 and Local Maintenance Terminal (LMT). Soft configuration of BTS components.

Ensure all trouble tickets are created, followed and updated within agreed SLA. Work order change request and part replacement tickets handling.

I also worked on the NMS terminal, using iManager U2000, and learned

 Daily basis Current Alarms, Microwave Link and NE Visibility Report generated and sharing with management.

• NMS OFAN Activities:
• Monitoring and escalation of almost 400 sites (ONU’s & MSAG’s) including Access, transmission and Power.
• Hourly outage reports on daily basis Provide support to our field teams regarding any kind of activity such as configurations, tracing and Troubleshooting the issue.
• I have worked on 3 vendor’s client for monitoring and trouble shooting.

• In addition to the three software, we use \"telnet\" and \"easy CRT\" to access our system for further configuration..
Field Work Activities:
• Operation and maintenance of ONU’S and MSAG’S including power, access and transmission.
• Card replacing in all ONU’S and MSAG’S of vendors including (Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel) Tracing of card slots to the MDF side.
