Enter DescriptionCarry out meetings with District Project Manager and District Manager on daily updatesof the progress of the project and do planning for next days.Supervise Marvi workers and visit the work sites/villages to ensure the work is doneproperly as per project requirement.Ensure proper distribution of family planning and nutrition material to the beneficiaries.Collect data from Marvi workers about the communities and update the record sheets.Assist to District Project Manager in preparing data sheets and survey reports. Carry outvisits with DPM to audit the work progress.Assist to manage nutrition and family planning project in the district including collectingdata from Marvi workers and monitoring data quality and tracking the progress ofactivitiesImplement the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitor themthroughout the duration of the projects.Evaluate the trainings needs and arrange trainings for LHVs and Marvi workers toeffectively run the project in the district.Coordinate with district management for working strategy and development offramework plans.Support and assist project staff to properly document, organize and evaluate programprogress.Monitor the project development closely for changes and advise/recommend furtherstrategies to increase performance and improve results.Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systemsand propose solutions.Perform field visits to ensure the quality of data collected and to verify the accuracy ofreported data.Ensure that donor, partner, and Senior Management data queries are addressed in anaccurate and timely manner.Implement and participate in program and project evaluations, communication andReporting.Coordinate with district team for reviewing reports to ensure high-quality reports aresubmitted on time for the project program.Review and analyze weekly report.
