My responsibility is to assist in the implementation of IVAP activities. The goal of this assessment is to better understand the vulnerabilities & needs of each household of the affected population. The information gathered is used as a tool to enable the effective & principled targeting of TDPs for assistance. I visit to designated areas in order to assist people & raise awareness on the importance of the desired Project. I worked with Javed Packages Industrial State Hayatabad,Peshawar as HR Assistant. My duties included all the activities that are related to HR like recruitment, orientation, recording employee records and trainings.
During my career, I got the chance to work with the TDPs of Jalozai Camp & off camp,TDPs & had a better understanding of the issues & challenges they were facing. I conducted adolescent girls interviews & got to know their thoughts about education future planning & marital status,employment & empowerment, GBV & issues they were facing in displaced locality . I worked with Afghan Refugees. I conducted surveys, FGDs & assessment in refugee camps & in TDPs communities. I’ve experience in monitoring & evaluation & report writing. I’ve been travelling extensively in different regions of KP for facilitation & smooth running of the project activities & have developed better geographical & cultural understanding.my recent job responsibilities included report writing,Preparation of presentations, report generation and deploying messages for varied platforms as well. I was responsible for organizing networking or marketing events. Ensuring thorough, frequent and effective communication with the donors. Drafting official communication, maintaining HR records and assisting The Senior Manager in management of hospital’s providing HR and administrative support in various programs as well. Writing and editing hospital’s branding and related information. Handing public relations, information output and media requests. Moreover, my responsibilities included collecting data, interpreting, analysing and then reporting to the higher management of the hospital.

Pre-Campaign: Supportive supervision of child registration process in the field before campaign only for NID. Conducted field validation of micro census before each campaign for assessing work burden and micro census quality only NIDs. Analyzed AS level micro-plans for CBV workforce inclusive of logistics distribution, training, route maps, still missed children tracking data and high-risk mobile population movements.
◦ Intra-Campaign: Supervised and monitored Area Supervisors (AS) and Community Health Workers (CHWs). Ensured that EPI focal person at UC level maintain vaccine record on daily basis and return the remaining vaccine vials back to district store. Ensured the implementation of recommended actions by field monitors e.g., sweeps in poorly covered areas, finger marking issues etc.
◦ Post-Campaign: Ensured gathering of data on reasons from missed children and develop and implement data driven community engagement plans for chronic missed children through UC Coms team. Ensured consistent recording and follow up of zero dose RI children by CBV workers and follow up on outreach activities by local EPI vaccinators.

Served as household enumerator for the PPVR-ACCE project (population profiling and verification of Afghan refugees and their contribution in the economy of Pakistan) funded by UNHCR and employed by BEFARe, under the supervision of Government of Pakistan.Additionally,I interviewed Afghan households in different afghan communities/camps.
