• Maintaining the attendance registers of the entire staff
• To keep the record of leave applications of students as well as teachers;
• To provide information and handle all the queries from parents in person and on phone;
• To arrange for transport as per requirement with the accounts office;
• Arranging the individual parent teacher meeting;
• Arranging co-ordination meeting with branches;
• In charge of looking after any guests that come to visit campus;
• Handling resumes of teachers and other staff members;

• Providing information and career counseling to potential students for all programs offered by UMT;
• Handling all admissions related activities independently in a timely manner and ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of all admissions related data and information;
• Maintain, improve and update the Admissions Office website;
• Informing the updates to the OIA team regarding any change in UMT or OIA admissions process through emails;
• Preparing the test registration cards and compiling the final list;
• Form issuance and replying all applicants queries on timely basis;
• Handling internal and external departmental coordination and correspondence;
• Guiding prospective students and their parents about UMT admissions;
• Assembling data and sending information to the concerned departments;
• Participating in events and exhibitions for the opening of strategic partnership either school, colleges, abroad or corporate;
• Shall shoulder marketing activities like visiting schools and institutes locally and nationally;
• Any further duty assigned by Head OIA.
• Servicing committees including academic boards, governing bodies and task groups;
• Assisting with recruitment, public or alumni relations and marketing activities;
• Administering the \'student lifecycle\' from registration or admission to graduation or leaving;
• Providing administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers;
• Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures;
• Coordinating examination and assessment processes;
• Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures;
• Using information systems and preparing reports for internal and external use;
• Participating in the development of future information systems;
• Contributing to policy and planning;
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial systems are followed;
• Purchasing goods and equipment, as required, and processing invoices;
