Financial Management
Supervision of provincial finance unit and auditing of financial records

Main responsibilities include:
Ensure the adherence to UN-HABITAT Financial and Admin related policies in the project
Prepare and maintain monthly advances and financial reports and keep a track of all funds released by the Project
Prepare necessary documentation for at the end of each month as per UN-HABITAT financial procedures
Maintain project petty expenses and ensure entries in petty cash register, maintain general ledger to keep record of project accounts
Manage inventory for both expendable and non-expendable project items
