I am responsible for managing budgets and allocating resources for educational programs, as well as providing guidance and support for staff members\' professional development opportunities. Through effective communication with staff, students, and parents, I ensure transparency and clarity in educational practices. My extensive experience in the education field has enabled me to develop strong leadership skills and provide mentorship to staff members, contributing to a positive and dynamic educational environment.
