I have more than 14 years of Work experience in humanetarian sector and implemented different projects like community services, WASH, Social Inclusion, Livelihoods ( Cash Grants, Enterprise development , Agriculture - kitchen gardening , Rice cultivation, Fruit Sampling, Back yard Poultry Management , Training and the Field of Monitoring in diverse communities of Punjab and KPK/NMDs both in Emergency (Conflict & Flood) and Development projects for bringing immediate and lasting change in the lives of deprived and people in needs.



I have Worked with NGOs/INGOs and UN agencies funded by different donner like USAID, OFDA , ECHO, CBHA, AUSAID and UNHCR in Emergency Camps and Host communities of KP and NMDs areas.
In short span of time, I worked on different positions and in different setups, which enabled flexibility in my work and personality. I worked at different stations having the characteristics of problem shooter.
Worked as Team Leader FFS facilitators with UNFAO, Coordinator Food Security Livelihoods and TVET with Save the Children in Battgram (KPK) in project titled as Increased basic services delivery and socio economic empowerment of youth and women. I was responsible to look after in terms of direct and indirect supervision, reporting, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the project.

• Develop and supervise the implementation of a training programme on improved crop production strategies and practices suited to the Project’s target areas, and undertake the practical training of the Project’s Facilitators, and extension staff in the application of these improved technologies and techniques.

• Prepare training report and technical reports on activities undertaken and prepare technical guidelines, field documents, and training materials.
• Submit periodic monthly and quarterly progress reports as required by project management. Public Relations / Media .
• Liaise with the local Sr. supply chain officer to ensure compliance with organization’s Security Guidelines and their effective application in the local context;
• Monitor the operational environment with respect to increased level of threat and advise the District Coordinator/SPO/PC and Organization’s Security Officer/Security Focal person.
