Working on an International Wholesale Voice Project of Callathon Inc. where my core responsibilities are:
• Operations management of complete network infrastructure which includes:
o End-to-end IP telephony system (Sippy soft-switch)
o Linux server administration
o Information Technology System
o Trouble ticket management system
o QoS testing system
• Routing management of all products being offered in international wholesale voice business e.g. CLI routes, Digital routes, open RTP routes and CC routes.
• Optimal human resource utilization to ensure smooth 24*7 NMC (Network Management Centre) operations.
• Coordination with network infrastructure equipment vendors regarding maintenance activities and hardware/software upgrades.
• Planning the upgrades/installation of new VoIP equipment.
• Designing and implementation of SOPs for NMC as per management requirement.
• Liaise in with other departments to improve standard operating procedures.

Working on an International Wholesale Voice Project of Callathon Inc. where my core responsibilities are:

• Operational, administrative & supervisory management of Network Management Center (NMC), including scheduling of shifts, training sessions, team meetings & 24*7 operations.
• Managing all level III support issues and providing the same level of knowledge to NMC team members for any escalations.
• Coordination with other departments for managing any inter-departmental escalations, issues, and requests, which involve NMC.
• Evaluating and implementing new design changes in network infrastructure as per business requirements.
• Managing data backup & network security to ensure backups and security update are carried out regularly.

Worked on an International Wholesale Voice Project of Callathon Inc. where my core responsibilities were:
• Configurations and monitoring of all voice communication systems deployed in the company e.g Sippy Soft and Mera Systems.
• Providing resolution for level II technical queries.
• Routing implementation of all products being offered in the company like CLI Routes, Digital Routes, Open RTP Routes & CC Routes.
• Providing technical expertise in interconnect establishment with Tier I Telecom Operators.
• Root Cause Analysis of technical faults by debugging traces, analyzing TCP dumps, Wireshark, Logs, CDRs etc.
• Ensuring better utilization by using Load balanced links between servers and Media Gateways.

Worked on an International Wholesale Voice Project in different job roles;

Assistant Manager NOC:
• Managing NOC team to ensure the integrity of telecommunication network equipment, operations and services.
• Managing operations of Next Generation Network (NGN) to provide telecommunication services to customers.
• Adequate utilization of soft-switches as per load and other special requirements.
• Defining SOPs for standardization of Network operations.
• Counter verification of sensitive tasks done by NOC team.

Network Operations Engineer:
• Performed L1 / L2 configurations at soft-switches pertaining to performance, configuration, routing requirement, network expansions and network upgrades.
• Implemented order wise, preference wise, CLI wise, weighted distribution and least cost routing for clients as per commercial requirement.
• Root Cause Analysis of technical faults by debugging traces, analyzing TCP dumps, Wireshark, Logs, CDRs.
• Ensured high availability, disaster recovery and resistance to outage.
