E Farming Iot Based System

Production of crops for 9.6 billion people by the year 2050 is a very challenging task because of the limited agriculture land availability, providing more supply of fresh water and weather changes. The agriculture fields with limited resources need to have a solution for maximizing yield from the fields. We are introducing Smart Farming system which is an advanced irrigation system that uses automation, Internet-of-Things (IOT). This system provide smart irrigation schedule designed for the crops to ensure enough amount of water in the fields for healthy crop growth and hence decreasing water wastage. It takes real time data, i.e. humidity content of soil and forecast of rainfall as the inputs in a specific field. It helps farmers in taking important decisions such as time and time span of water dispersal in fields based on the threshold merit fixed by them. Moisture sensor takes reading of the moisture content in the soil. If the moisture content is under a specific level, the motor automatically gets on. The water supply of the crops can be disturbed if there is a chance of rainfall. When an animal enters the farm, the motion sensors detect the animals motion and automatically the buzzer starts.
