JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and arrange minimum three days stock to run six production lines at plant.

Overall stock reconciliation of stocks at 3P warehouses including Agility, Raaziq and Sovereign
with daily sample stock counts.
Monitoring of 24/7 hours operation and reporting to higher management
Manage the 1 store keeper, 3 Labor supervisor and 30 helpers
Receiving, stacking and smooth issuance of Packing & Raw Materials.
Prepare inwards, Receipt and Goods Receipt Notes against PO.
Prepare daily shift wise reports, reconcile system and manage inventory in ERP and
ORACLE software.
Maintain FIFO for all materials and execute weekly Ageing reports.
Execute internal audit on daily basis and external audit on monthly.
Manage overall operations of plants and ensuring stock level at store and warehouses.
Effective use of Fork Lift trucks allocated in his area for smooth operation.
Coordination with plant Engineers, operations regarding stock requirements for smooth
