DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Working at Height, Excavation:
• Ensure working at height activity is planned, tool box talk conducted.
• All personnel performing activity have proper PPE, ladders and scaffolding is having green tag on it.
• Ensure adequate precautions had been taken for excavation work, i.e. any underground services are detected, gas test conducted for 2m depth.
• Ingress and egress route is made. Precautions are taken to avoid collapse.
• Rescue plan is available, all workers having proper PPE.

 Welfare Management:
• Develop and implement welfare management plan as per company and ISO standards.
• Establish welfare committee. Conduct quarterly meeting.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct labor welfare inspections related to using VOLKA checklist.
• Ensure catering contractor is Company prequalified and approved by standard organization.

 HSE Training:
• Identify and conduct training needs related to work on different locations. Training i.e. PTW for confined space, Basic first aid and firefighting.
• Conduct HSE induction training to all new employees. Includes facial and hair policy, hazards i.e. working at height, excavation and vehicle movements etc.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are taken place on site, i.e. debris is removed, tools and equipment’s are stack on proper places, waste material is dispose properly.

 PPE:
• Provide mandatory PPE e.g. safety shoes, coverall, helmet and mask to all employees.
• Manage records for items.
• Certify equipment if necessary i.e. lifting equipment.

 Incident Investigation and Reporting:
• Conduct incident investigation.
• Prepare reporting for management and company.
• Suggest corrective and preventive actions, follow up for implementation.
• Prepare monthly HSE statistics for management and VOLKA.

 HSEMS and Assurance Plan:
• Responsible to implement HSEMS as per Company standards.
• Prepare HSE Assurance plan
